The law firm has been established as a spin-off from the major internationally operating German Law Firm Rödl & Partner. Our Lawyers have a broad work experience as lawyers in an international context, first of all with references in the U.S., UK, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy, France, China and Australia. This background supports the particular international strengths of the Law Firm.

We advise primarily in the area of international commercial law, corporate law, licensing, trademark issues, merger & acquisitions, probate law and labor law.

We do also represent our clients in litigation before German Courts, in International Arbitration Proceedings and, under commitment of our extensive network of cooperating international lawyers, before international courts abroad.

Our clients are often busy in the industry, trade or as service providers, i.a. optical technologies, electronics, mechanics, engineering, biotechnology, automotive supply, airplane supply, software development, chemicals, medical devices and, not last, research and development institutions.

We are delighted to have an extensive network of coopertating international partners in various countries, and, moreover, are we happy being assisted by a number of German tax advisers and certified accountants as well.

For private clients are we focused on the field of probate and succession law, often combined with cross border elements and real estate issues. Moreover, we regularly represent and advise employees in labor law issues.
